Soft structure – Feels like a fabric
Hard structure – Feels like paper Sewing: Just a short note – we have sewing instructions in our blog – if you’re heating Tyvek® we suggest sewing first as after heating the media goes harder and is therefore difficult to sew. Warning: Please take care when heating Tyvek®, it gets very hot and will melt! Please use a protective media such as Teflon to protect you and the heating surface. You can use a heat gun or an iron. Adding addition colours: If you are using Tyvek® for a creative purpose and want to add colour e.g. metallic inks, apply this before you heat the Tyvek®. If you are making Beads, it will probably be most convenient for you to purchase our narrow tape rolls.
