Our Spenic SFR is a Self-Extinguishing Care Label Material which can be thermal transfer printed with an ST40 Black Ribbon or the ST60 range of Colour Ribbons.

This media is approved for:

• CAA/FAR – Flame Retardant for Aviation
• FMVSS 302 – Flame Retardant for Automotive

Product Features:

• Premium Polyamide Coated Nylon Tafetta
• Will withstand washing up to 95°C and dry cleaning
• High Quality smooth surface guaranteed printable on both sides using a S40 or S60 Thermal Transfer Ribbon

Options of 3″ or 1″ Core depending which printer is to be used.

The operating temperatures of the material are affected by external factors, however for general guidance purposes the following estimates are provided for information only:

Melting / deformation: ~220–260 °C

Thermal degradation: ~310–400 °C

Combustion / ignition: ~420–530 °C
